Any notice or information shall be deemed to be made public in the following cases:- (a) In accordance with the regulations of the securities market, if something is published for the purpose of listing investors and their professional advisors, (b) Information or information contained in any record If there is provision for the general public to see it according to the law, (c) If there is provision for it to be delivered to the trading room of the securities market so that any person who wants to transact securities can know it, (d) Those who want to receive or see such notice or information, get a copy If there is an arrangement that people can receive and view, (e) if only a certain category of the general public is listed, (f) if there is an arrangement to receive the information only by paying a fee, or if such information or information is published outside the state of Nepal.
